Our noodles are now even more delicious!

We have switched our noodle supplier to 村上朝日製麺 and changed the noodle-making cutter from No. 3 to No. 4.

Increasing the proportion of Japanese mochi wheat from approximately 30% to approximately 80% has made the noodles even chewier. They also take less time to boil. Come and enjoy our more delicious noodles!
